B-Sides
In an era of increasing awareness around unconscious bias and the urgent need for greater diversity, equity, and inclusion, this series offers a simple but powerful challenge: What do we truly see when the face is no longer present?
Through the deliberate use of a white background and the anonymity of the back view, B-Sides strips away context, stereotype, and narrative. What remains is suggestion: posture, hair, clothing, stillness, presence. I invite viewers to question their instincts, expand their perspective, and imagine stories beyond the surface.
At its core, B-Sides is about empathy, imagination, and the complexity of being human. It asks us to look again, and to look deeper.
