Elyson is a beautifully designed master-planned community created by Brookfield Residential and Newland built around lakes, trails, parks, and top-rated schools, and the brief was to bring the story of its neighborhoods, residents, homes and amenities to life visually.

The creative vision came from Strada Made, a Denver-based brand agency that specializes in placemaking — building brands that are authentic, human, and deeply rooted in story. They're a long-standing creative partner, and honestly, working with them never feels like work. Their clarity of vision and collaborative spirit make every production feel energized from the first call to the final frame.

Video was handled by Forest & Pine, an Austin-based video production company and another crew I've had the pleasure of sharing many sets — and more than a few laughs — with over the years. Their cinematic storytelling is top-notch, and their on-set energy is the kind that makes a long shoot day fly by. When stills and video teams click this well, it shows in the work.

My role was to capture it all in stills and help direct candid lifestyle moments, amenities, and the authentic human warmth that makes a place feel like home rather than just a development. With collaborators this good, it's hard not to love what you do.
