Kaiser Permanente

Brand Library Campaign. Used for OOH, Website, Digital, and Beyond.

Building a brand image library for Kaiser Permanente was a large-scale, multi-day production — and exactly the kind of challenge I thrive on. The brief called for a comprehensive library spanning pediatric care, teen life, group therapy, outdoor wellness, and everything in between, all needing to feel warm, authentic, and inclusive.

A standout addition to this shoot was Kaiser's staff image asset librarian, joining on-set for the first time. Her real-time feedback was invaluable; ensuring we created assets that genuinely rounded out their existing library without duplicating content they already had, while also bringing the collection current with today's technology and devices.

Working alongside both hired talent and actual Kaiser doctors and nurses added real credibility to the clinic scenes, while getting genuine moments from toddlers in exam rooms to physicians mid-consultation kept everything feeling human rather than staged. The outdoor lifestyle shots came with their own curveball: shooting in 105-degree heat while making everything look like a crisp fall day. Between wardrobe, styling, and smart location choices, we pulled it off beautifully. The final library includes over 300 images from our efforts: A versatile, story-rich collection built to work hard across every platform.
