Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community in Port Aransas, Texas is exactly the kind of place you'd want to spend your time even if you weren't being paid to be there. The seaside village nestled along the Gulf Coast on Mustang Island, Palmilla has it all…sparkling resort pools with cabana service, VIP beach access, an Arnold Palmer-designed links golf course, and the kind of laid-back coastal energy that makes everything feel like a vacation. Photographing it was a dream.

The creative direction came from White Hat, an Austin based integrated marketing agency who specialize in exactly this kind of luxury lifestyle brand work. They’re savvy, strategic, and always a pleasure to be on set with. Forest and Pine, my long-trusted collaborators, handled the video with their signature cinematic flair. Together we captured everything from sunrise golf rounds and pool days to beach walks, fire pit gatherings, and kids absolutely losing their minds with joy in the waves.

There were sunburns. There was sand in places I'll leave to the imagination. But honestly? I'd wear those sunburns forever if it meant getting to stay a little longer. Palmilla has a way of doing that to you.
